If not, bring it to a restoration expert. For restorable photographs, place it on a dry flat surface or blotting paper or paper towel to speed up absorption. If you’re using blotting paper, place the paper one at a time, first on the front side then later on, on its back side. Then as the pictures dry, allow at least one day of keeping your photographs completely moist-free. Avoid drying them directly under the sun as it can cause your photographs to fold and lose quality and texture. Never put these back into frames or photo albums right away once it has completely dried.
